Who owns Boise Pest Solutions and how long have you served Boise?
We are a family-owned, second-generation company founded in 1998 and based in Boise. We serve the Treasure Valley with local know-how and long experience.
What should I expect on the first visit to my home?
A tech will do a walk-around to find entry points and hiding spots, treat the outside barrier and key inside areas, and leave a short report with photos. We set follow-ups if we need to.
What does the Premium monthly plan include?
The Premium plan covers monthly inside and outside service, spot work at baseboards and garages, and free callbacks between visits. Termite monitoring and mosquito work are add-ons.
What are your hours and do you offer emergency service?
We usually offer next-day service and same-day morning slots when we can. Hours are Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, Sat 8am–2pm, and we have an on-call line for emergencies.
How much does a standard pest plan cost for a single-family home in Boise?
Our basic plan is about $39/month on an annual agreement and premium plans run about $79–$129/month. We give exact pricing after a quick, free walk-through of your home.
Can a termite bond transfer to the buyer if I sell my house?
Most termite bonds can transfer to the new owner with a small fee and a site review. We handle the paperwork and explain any transfer cost up front.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets in my house and yard?
Yes. We use reduced-risk, EPA-registered products and leave clear re-entry steps so you know when it’s safe. We also use non-chemical fixes first when they will work.
